Ground maize products
Cornexo offers a full range of maize grits and maize flours for the food industry. The range is complemented by hydrothermally treated corn flours (MASA flours) for the production of Mexican snacks (tortilla chips, nachos, taco shells, etc.).
Customised raw materials are produced for all common applications in the extrusion sector, which differ in granulation and fat content of the products. A strong focus is on corn-based moulded extrudates for customers in the snack industry.
In addition, we offer raw materials for many other applications, such as extrudates for cereal production, the production of muesli bars, decorative grits for the production of bread and bakery products, carriers for spice mixtures, gluten-free recipe alternatives for convenience products (soup, sauces), gluten-free corn grits for dairy products and many more.

Maize flour Star Dust (flour < 300)
Pale yellow, very fine maize flour for use in gluten-free doughs. Main applications are the production of long-life baked goods, wafer products as well as the production of gluten-free fresh baked goods.
Maize flour, fine (Flour 1)
More intensively coloured maize flour, which also contains the finest semolina particles (“grippy maize flour”). Production of filigree extrudates in a wide variety of shapes for use in the food industry (such as extruded flakes, corn balls, corn granulate, etc.)
Maize Wholemeal flour
made from the whole maize kernel (incl. husk and germ), with a high energy content and rich in dietary fibre
Typical applications are the production of extrudates for cats and dogs.
Maize grits, fine 300 – 475
classic fine sprinkling semolina (decorative semolina) for bread and bakery products, suitable for all common spreading systems in the food industry, little abrasion during processing due to high hard maize content of the grain mixture
