Ground Maize products

Cornexo produces maize semolina and maize flour in special granulations and fat contents, snack semolina for extrusion, maize grits, hominy-grits for cornflakes production, mesa flour for tortilla production as well as polenta, maize flour and gluten-free baking mixes for the food retail industry.

Gluten-free baking mixes

Corn flour is an excellent substitute for wheat flour and is therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers with gluten intolerance (coeliac disease). Cornexo offers a wide range of gluten-free baking mixes for breads, cakes, pizzas, biscuits, rolls and many other baked goods.
